The Mission Of Jesus Christ

Jesus of Nazareth, son of Joseph, was born in an era of cruelty and ignorance prevailed. The Romans had conquered his country of birth and true spirituality was hard to find. Although he only lived a 33 years old on earth he was able to leave a lasting legacy of his spiritual consciousness and the highest spiritual teachings.

First, Jesus embodies great humility.

"I can not make me ... I seek not mine own will but the Father. "

This is a sign of a true teacher, do not teach their ego, they want to be an instrument of God So, Jesus was not the task of his mission, but the mission of the Father in heaven, was ordained the role of God

At that time, very few people know and understand the spiritual status of Jesus. He suffered great misunderstanding and hostility of others who were jealous of his success. They say a prophet has no honor in his own time and in the life of Jesus, this word has been proven to be very true. But despite criticism and opposition, Jesus never wavered in his determination to do the will of God. The highest prayers spoken by Christ was "not my will but yours be done." Even at the expense of the great personal suffering, Jesus was trying to do the will of God, because it was his only goal.

Jesus taught the most essential aspect of spirituality, that is, it was possible for people to find the kingdom of heaven within. Of all the immortal words of Jesus, this is perhaps the most significant. He wanted his disciples and followers to find the "peace that passeth all understanding," but that peace is in their own souls, not in external applications. Addressing his disciples, said:

"Peace I leave you my peace I give unto you." But this peace was only a donation of a material point of view, it seems that nothing.

Jesus never compromise between the spiritual and material life. He never told his disciples that they might have the best of both worlds. If they were sincere seekers were required to renounce the pleasures of the world wrong.

"Whoever of you does not forsake all that he has can not be my disciple." (Luke 14:33)

Jesus could not give the kingdom of heaven to his disciples, but he could not do so unless they were willing to sacrifice and give up their higher self. Jesus had come to realize the divine consciousness, he had tasted the joy and ecstasy of the divine community, and he knew that the bliss of God consciousness was more valuable than anyone can offer. With this in mind that Jesus could proclaim: "What doth it profit a man if he gain the whole world and suffer the loss of his own soul (Matt.16: 26)? It was not ideal philosophical speculation, Jesus knew the difference between the fruits of the spirit and the so-called pleasures of the world.

Jesus' mission also includes the revolutionary teachings, he wanted to state that God's forgiveness is the highest philosophy that applicants must aspire. He taught that the "eye for an eye" philosophy was not his father. Wanted to show love, even the hostility. This love comes from the uniqueness of Jesus with the world. For a real spiritual teacher, feels no sense of superiority or inferiority, it reaches a lasting sense of unity, which can not love others, even if they suffer from ignorance. When Jesus was betrayed and crucified on the cross said "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do." He revealed his divine nature, one soul, who had a divine unity, could express a sentiment so noble.
